Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction.

This is a pre-paid service. Make your payment after carefully reviewing the packages and channels you have selected. The minimum period for which the selection will be made is one month as per the provision of the TRAI Tariff Order 2017. If you are not satisfied with your selection, you can make another selection, but it will be applicable for the next monthly billing period.

Since this is a pre-paid service, no cancellation or refund can be made. However, if your concern is genuine, please contact us via ‘Contact Us’ link and we will resolve your query to your satisfaction.

If paid by  Debit Card, Credit card, Internet Banking, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway, payments refund will be made to the same account.
